The Role

• Support the daily leadership and organisation of field marketing and sales teams.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and ongoing performance development.
• Track targets, quality standards, and campaign delivery across residential and event-based campaigns.
• Work closely with senior leaders to learn core principles of campaign management and leadership.

What You Need

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear ambition to progress into leadership and management.
• A proactive, positive attitude with ownership of results.
• Customer-facing or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
