Base Point | Full-time | London (On-site)

Most entry-level jobs put you behind a screen. This one puts you in front of real customers, real brands, and real results.

Base Point runs face-to-face sales and customer acquisition campaigns for major UK household brands - including EE, British Gas and Mercedes.

We're expanding our London team and looking for driven individuals who want to build genuine sales, communication, and leadership skills from day one.

If you back yourself, work well with people, and want a career that moves at your pace rather than the calendar's, this is worth a conversation.

The Role

This is a field-based sales position built around direct customer engagement and brand representation. Day to day, you'll be:

  • Engaging customers in residential and event environments
  • Representing established brands professionally and confidently
  • Selling products and services through face-to-face conversation
  • Hitting targets within a performance-focused team
  • Building the kind of resilience and people-skills no classroom can teach

No two days look the same - the pace is fast and the feedback is immediate.

Training & Development

Every new team member goes through structured training covering

  • Sales technique and objection handling
  • Customer engagement and professional communication
  • Performance tracking and personal development
  • Leadership foundations and team coordination

Training is ongoing - we invest in people who invest in themselves.

Progression

Base Point promotes from within, and there's no seniority queue. Progression is based entirely on performance. As you develop, opportunities may include:

  • Mentoring new team members
  • Coordinating campaign activity
  • Moving into leadership and team management

The people leading our teams today started exactly where you'd be starting.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a degree or a sales background. You do need

  • A genuine interest in people and communication
  • A preference for hands-on, active work over desk-based roles
  • A competitive edge and a willingness to be coached
  • Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London

Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer service is a plus — but plenty of our best performers came in with none of it.

  • A Few Practical Points
  • Full-time, on-site role based in London
  • Working hours vary depending on campaign schedules
  • OTE reflects realistic on-target earnings for full-time performers

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted to arrange an introductory call.
