Role Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us design clear, thoughtful experiences across our products. You’ll work closely with the product team, engineers, and marketing to turn ideas and requirements into intuitive user flows, well-crafted interfaces, and polished UI. You’ll contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, help maintain and evolve our design system, and support the marketing team with high-quality UI assets for launches and campaigns. Along the way, you’ll take part in research, feedback sessions, and design reviews - learning, iterating, and helping us continually improve how our products look and feel and deliver real value for the people who use them.
Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end flows using our existing design system
- Providing everything required for dev-handoff
- Communicating with the product-development team to ensure that the delivered product matches initial UX expectations
- Working with the product team to validate design proposals through UX testing
- Designing new features and improvements for existing products
- Adapting our design system to accommodate new components
- Collaborate closely with product director, product architect, engineers, and developers to iterate on solutions and refine designs
- Support the marketing team by providing UI assets, such as product screenshots, mockups, feature-in-action videos and visual elements for websites, campaigns, and launch materials
- Participate in design critiques and team reviews, incorporating feedback to improve design quality and craft
- Stay curious and up to date with UX, UI, and product design trends, tools, and best practices

- Experience designing responsive digital products.
- A strong portfolio of user-led work.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly.
- Experience working with tools such as Figma and Miro.
- A strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Familiarity with working with design systems.

- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) to inform design decisions.
- Understanding of the front-end development process
