The Role

We are seeking a

Project Manager to join our growing team; someone with a unique blend of creativity, operational expertise, and strategic vision.

As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our clients’ extraordinary journeys to life.

You'll lead projects from initial pitch to final delivery, translating complex briefs into exceptional experiences.

This role bridges creativity and operations, requiring strategic thinking, meticulous planning and an ability to think far outside the box.

As part of a small, close-knit team, you'll collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Heads of Department, our Company Directors and our Creative Team, as well as a global network of partners and suppliers.

You'll be involved at every stage, ensuring each journey is flawlessly delivered, commercially sound and creatively exceptional.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to interpret client briefs and develop strategic, pitch-winning proposals.
  • Create visually compelling presentations that combine strong storytelling with elevated brand visuals.
  • Curate imaginative, bespoke itineraries that exceed client expectations while upholding our brand standards.
  • Lead projects from initial pitch through to final delivery, managing logistics, timelines and global supplier coordination to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work with the Creative Team to develop and execute original concepts and high-quality client materials.
  • Meticulously manage complex project budgets, from initial estimates to final reconciliation, closely monitoring expenditure and ensuring financial transparency.
  • Manage relationships with a global network of suppliers and facilitators, confirming all arrangements meet operational standards.
  • Deliver exceptional service to UHNW clients through professionalism, discretion, and proactive relationship management.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on the company CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of client preferences, sales pipelines, and project documentation.
  • Provide timely financial and operational updates to the Company Directors and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop industry knowledge and supplier relationships through trade shows, events and meetings in London and internationally.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence by identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance service, creativity, and efficiency.

  • What We’re Looking For

Experience

3-5 years in luxury travel design, or project management in a creative, events, or production agency. Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable.

Mindset

Creative, strategic, and commercially aware, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Skills

  • An excellent communicator and natural storyteller.
  • Financially literate and confident managing budgets.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions focused.
  • Confident learning and using digital presentation tools.
  • Discreet and professional, with sound judgement when handling confidential client information.

Work Style

Independent, dependable, and adaptable. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones and travelling internationally when required.
