This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project coordination, operations, hospitality, construction, or installation experience who is looking to take ownership of projects and progress into a Project Manager role. The business is experiencing significant growth and delivers technology solutions across commercial sites throughout the UK. As a result, they're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to help keep installations moving smoothly from survey through to completion.
The Role
You'll become the central point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Working closely with the Operations Director and wider delivery team, you'll play a key role in managing installation schedules, communicating with customers, and keeping projects on track.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating projects from initial survey through to completed installation
- Scheduling surveys, engineers, and installation works
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing project administration and operational documentation
- Liaising with internal teams and field engineers to ensure smooth delivery
- Tracking progress and proactively resolving issues that could impact delivery
- Supporting the operations team with day-to-day project coordination
