This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s obsessed with social media, creators, online culture and digital storytelling and wants to turn that passion into a career.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working within a modern agency environment that sits at the intersection of social media, creators, communities and culture, supporting content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. This isn’t a role where you’ll just “post content.” You’ll learn how brands create social-first campaigns, work with creators and influencers, build online communities and produce content designed for modern audiences. No formal experience is required, just creativity, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing:
- Content creation & storytelling
- Creating short-form content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
- Supporting the development of creative concepts, campaign ideas and social-first content
- Writing captions and adapting tone of voice for different audiences and brands
- Helping create engaging content designed for online communities and digital audiences
- Supporting influencer and creator-led campaigns
- Researching social trends, creators and audience behaviour
- Assisting with campaign planning, content scheduling and publishing
- Learning how brands work with creators and communities online
- Capturing and editing content using tools like CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Supporting shoots, creator campaigns and behind-the-scenes content production
- Repurposing long-form content into short-form social assets
- Organising and preparing media assets for use across campaigns and platforms
- Monitoring how content performs across social platforms
- Supporting reporting on engagement, views and audience growth
