This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, working with video, and understanding how digital media is produced behind the scenes.
You will support the creation, preparation and delivery of content across video, audio and social channels, from long-form recordings to short-form outputs. The role blends hands-on creative work with learning how media is edited, formatted, stored and published correctly. No previous experience is required. This role is about learning by doing, with structured training and support alongside real-world content production.
What you will be doing:
- Content & media production: Supporting the preparation and organisation of video and media assets, helping process long-form content (recordings, podcasts, webinars) into usable formats, learning how content is edited, labelled, stored and distributed, assisting with quality checks before content is published.
- Editing & short-form outputs: Editing short-form video for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, supporting captions and creative ideas, learning how content is adapted for different platforms and audiences.
- Live & recorded content support: Assisting with the setup and delivery of live or recorded sessions, carrying out basic technical checks (audio, video, uploads), supporting post-event content processing.
- Learning & development: Completing a Level 3 apprenticeship in media and content production, developing skills across editing, production workflows and digital platforms, receiving mentoring, feedback and structured training throughout.

You do not need formal experience. You will be a great fit if you:
- Are interested in content, video or social media.
- Enjoy being hands-on and learning new tools.
- Are organised and detail-focused.
- Are open to feedback and keen to develop.
Any familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut or mobile editing apps is a bonus, but not essential.
