You’ll work from highly targeted prospect lists, supported by AI-assisted research tools, market intelligence, and full product training to help you have genuinely valuable commercial conversations.

  • Conducting outbound outreach to senior commercial decision-makers
  • Booking qualified demos for the Business Development team

Strong communication skills and commercial confidence are essential. Previous sales, SDR, BDR, telesales, or outbound experience is beneficial but not essential. You should be motivated by progression, targets, and high earning potential. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.

There is a clear progression into a Business Development Director position with a high-quality outbound strategy focused on conversations over dial volume. Strong onboarding, support, and product training are provided.
