We’re working with a high growth, international consumer brand to hire a Marketing Operations Manager to support the delivery of campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives across multiple markets. This is a pivotal role sitting at the centre of the marketing function, ensuring campaigns are planned, coordinated, and executed seamlessly across all channels.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for bringing marketing plans to life, translating strategy into clear timelines, briefs, and deliverables, while keeping multiple teams aligned and on track. Working cross-functionally with teams across creative, social, CRM, paid media, and e-commerce, you’ll act as the central point of coordination to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the marketing calendar, including launches, campaigns, and key trading moments
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, from briefing through to execution
  • Ensure alignment across all marketing channels, maintaining consistency in messaging and delivery
  • Track progress across multiple workstreams, identifying risks and resolving blockers
  • Support campaign launches across international markets
  • Collaborate on events, activations, and community-focused initiatives
  • Improve processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and output quality
  • Support budget tracking and campaign reporting

About You

  • Experience in a Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Marketing Project role
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (social, CRM, paid, e-commerce)
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confident working cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Commercially aware, with a good understanding of brand and campaign execution
  • Experience within e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands is advantageous.
