We’re a fast growing B2B marketing agency specialising in LinkedIn and outbound strategy. Based in Manchester, we work with a mix of high-growth startups, enterprise organisations, and well known brands across Europe. We’re building a modern outbound function, one that combines strategy, automation, and AI to drive real commercial impact.
The Role
Outbound is evolving fast. AI is changing how campaigns are built, how messaging is created, and how quickly teams can move. Most companies are still figuring it out, we’re looking for someone who’s already in it. We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to lead strategy and execution across outbound campaigns. You’ll own performance, work directly with leadership, and play a key role in shaping how outbound is delivered across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution of multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + email)
- Manage and develop a junior team member, setting the standard for campaign delivery
- Analyse campaign performance and make data-led decisions quickly
- Build and optimise outbound systems using modern tools and automation
- Use AI tools (e.g. Claude) to improve messaging, workflows, and efficiency
- Lead client conversations around performance, insights, and next steps
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure alignment across accounts
- Continuously improve how campaigns are built, tested, and scaled
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 3 years’ experience running outbound campaigns in a B2B environment
- Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following tools: Clay, Hey, Reach, Instantly
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email outbound strategy
- Experience using AI tools in your workflow (bonus if using Claude)
- Confident in client-facing environments and able to communicate insights clearly
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on campaign data
- High ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving
