A fast growing DTC brand is looking for its first in house Finance Director. Generating 8 figures in annual revenue, a global customer base, and a passionate community of loyal subscribers, this is a rare opportunity to lead finance for a founder led, high-growth business that’s scaling quickly and sustainably.
You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, the finance function is currently run by a Finance Manager and external support, but we’re now looking for a commercially minded leader to take full ownership of financial strategy, operations, and insight. This is a step up from Finance Manager level, perfect for someone ready to lead a function, drive commercial decisions, and work closely with a small leadership team.
What you'll do:
- Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead on management reporting and commercial insight
- Manage cashflow, working capital, and risk
- Provide strategic input across pricing, supply chain, and operations
- Oversee statutory compliance, month-end, and external relationships
- Build out finance systems, processes, and controls for scale
- Support and mentor the Finance Manager
What we're looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in a DTC ecommerce and subscription business
- Strong grasp of Xero and other SME finance tools
- Comfortable operating across multiple countries and currencies
- Confident, commercially minded, and ready to own the function
- Hands on approach, happy to get into the detail while driving the bigger picture
