This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about content, social media, branding and digital culture and wants to turn that interest into a career. You’ll work alongside designers, developers and creative strategists, learning how modern brands create digital experiences, build online audiences and communicate visually across platforms. This isn’t a role where you’ll simply “post content.” You’ll gain hands‑on experience across social media, creative campaigns, brand storytelling, content production and digital marketing while completing your Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship. No formal experience is required, just creativity, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing:
- Content creation & storytelling
- Creating short‑form content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
- Supporting the development of creative concepts, campaign ideas and social content
- Writing captions and adapting tone of voice for different audiences and brands
- Helping bring brand stories and digital projects to life through engaging content
- Capturing and editing content using tools like CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Supporting behind‑the‑scenes filming, project showcases and creative shoots
- Repurposing long‑form content into short‑form social assets
- Organising and preparing media assets for use across campaigns and platforms
- Supporting content planning across social and digital campaigns
- Researching trends, design inspiration and audience behaviour
- Assisting with content calendars, scheduling and publishing
- Learning how content supports wider brand and business goals
- Monitoring social media performance and engagement
- Supporting reporting on audience growth and campaign performance
