Base71 Youth Zone is seeking a passionate Youth Work Manager to lead our Delivery Team and shape high‑quality sessions for 8–19 year olds (up to 25 with additional needs). You will oversee Youth Zone sessions, Holiday Club provision, and lead on developing our Young Leaders programme.
This hands‑on role requires regular evening and weekend work, guiding Youth Workers and volunteers, building partnerships and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment across Barnsley’s youth services.
