Base71 Barnsley Youth Zone is seeking an Inclusion Co-ordinator to drive inclusive youth activities for 8–19-year-olds (up to 25 for additional needs). You will lead Sunday Inclusion Sessions and the Inclusion Holiday Club, and coordinate the Training Kitchen to support a diverse programme.
You will also line-manage Youth Workers, oversee Junior sessions, and provide cover for fellow Coordinators to ensure safe, high-quality provision across sessions, fostering belonging and positive outcomes
