Our Financial Operations Officer is responsible for managing the core day-to-day financial processes of the business, ensuring accuracy, control, and efficiency across all operational finance activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining robust financial processes while providing operational insight to aid decision-making and budgetary control across the business. This is a hands-on position requiring strong attention to detail, ownership of key financial processes, and the ability to work cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar financial operations / finance officer role in an SME environment
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel
