As a Cloud Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the implementation and support of Base’s cloud-native media services. You will work within a high-performing team of engineers to build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, IBM Cloud and GCP. Your focus will span from system provisioning and IaC to second and third-line technical support. You will collaborate closely with software developers, support teams, and external vendors to maintain a reliable, performant cloud architecture while continuously seeking ways to optimize and automate services. This is a hands-on technical role with clear pathways for professional development within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Cloud or Media Engineering role
- Strong experience with public cloud services (AWS, GCP, IBM Cloud), including compute, storage, networking, and logging tools
- Proven expertise provisioning and managing Media Asset Management solutions
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
- Familiarity with Linux systems administration
- AWS, IBM Cloud, or GCP certification desirable
