Onsite based in Whetstone, Leicester (LE8 6NU) with regular visits to Frankley (B45) Base Materials Ltd operates across two sites (Whetstone and Frankley) and manufactures styling, modelling and tooling materials used to produce high-precision moulds, master models, jigs and fixtures for industries including automotive, aerospace, motorsport, marine and wider industrial applications.
Were looking for a HR Officer to join on a permanent basis reporting into the HR Manager.
With the business continuing to scale, youll play a key role in attracting talent and supporting wider HR activity across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Day-to-day support to line managers and employees.
Management of ER casework - coaching managers on best practice and supporting meetings.
End-to-end recruitment responsibilities, includingsourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
Management of the onboarding process.
Provide general HR support and assist the HR Manager on wider HR initiatives.
About You HR degree or CIPD Level 5.
At least 2 years experience in a similar generalist role with strong employment law knowledge.
Experience working in a recruitment heavy role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident working independently and collaboratively.
Desirable Skills ATS and social media recruiting experience.
Background in a fast-paced manufacturing or SME environment.
HRIS experience.
