As a Safety Configuration Specialist your responsibilities include:

  • Technical and functional support on critical cloud Safety and Regulatory systems, primarily supplied by Veeva Systems (SaaS), for our customers.
  • Primarily back-office and may utilize client ticketing tools (E.g. ServiceNow/ITSM tools).
  • Take active part in management of Change Management process (E.g. change controls, IQPQ, solution design, configurations, and implementations).
  • Conduct Periodic Reviews, Release Management, UAT support and complete other compliance tasks.
  • Work by the ITIL principles primarily within incident management, request fulfilment, and access management.
  • System configuration and development of support procedures.

  • At least 2 years of proven experience with Vault Safety platform.
  • You are able to structure and align complex challenges with multiple unknowns.
  • You have driven a team and have the ability to work alone or in small teams for our customers.
  • Experience with GxP/GAMP is required.
  • Veeva Vault Platform System Administrator Certificate is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with cloud systems operations preferred.
  • ITIL certification is a plus but not required.
