Currently located in Titchfield, Hampshire, Eaton\’s Aerospace business is a global leader in Aerospace fuel systems. We are undergoing a significant transformation as we relocate to a newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility in Daedalus. This site will become the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe, driving innovation and excellence. We are a premier supplier of fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft, with extensive fuel and air system test facilities supporting a wide range of testing conditions.
What Youll Do
As a Manufacturing Team Supervisor, you will have full responsibility for managing a team of approximately 25 hourly production staff. You will lead the team in delivering high-quality aerospace products, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Working Hours Are
Mon-Thurs 7:00 -15:45.
Friday: 7:00-11:00.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a production team to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets
- Drive performance through effective communication, planning, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety (MESH), quality standards, and EASA Part 145 regulations
- Support continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and Kaizen activities
- Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and succession planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and customer demands
Qualifications
- University/College Degree in a relevant field desirable
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role, aerospace and MRO experience highly desirable
- Awareness of EASA Part 145 and its interface with Part 21 desirable but is not required
- Familiarity with Lean principles and Continuous Improvement Framework
Skills
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
