Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a CS (Customer Success) or Sales role in the SaaS/e-commerce industry
- Experience in B2B sales (knowledge of sales techniques, ability to speak the language of benefits)
- Experience in presenting SaaS products - explaining technical concepts in a simple and accessible way
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
- Openness and strong relationship-building skills
- Creativity and independence
- Excellent organisation skills
- Willingness to develop and discover/learn new solutions
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new clients - long-term users of our product
- Conducting online presentations for potential clients
