Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a CS (Customer Success) or Sales role in the SaaS/e-commerce industry
  • Experience in B2B sales (knowledge of sales techniques, ability to speak the language of benefits)
  • Experience in presenting SaaS products - explaining technical concepts in a simple and accessible way
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Hubspot
  • Openness and strong relationship-building skills
  • Creativity and independence

  • Willingness to develop and discover/learn new solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new clients - long-term users of our product
  • Conducting online presentations for potential clients
  • Educating and developing knowledge about the capabilities of our product among new and existing users

  • Constant optimisation and improvement of the customer success process
  • Market analysis - trends, competition, consumer needs
