Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end‑to‑end onboarding projects for e‑commerce clients in the UK
- Lead product walkthroughs, platform configuration, and API integrations with ERPs, shipping carriers, and marketplaces
- Provide technical product training and onboarding support to merchants
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with developers when needed
- Develop reusable implementation templates, guides, and help centre articles
- Contribute to customer success by driving adoption and helping clients optimise Base.com usage
