You will be part of an international team, working on global solutions and developing in a culture that emphasizes collaboration and the support of talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery through to value-led demos, business case creation, negotiation, and closing new logos.
  • Strategically identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the SaaS and eCommerce ecosystem to build a robust pipeline.
  • Clearly map how Base's solutions (multichannel listings, order orchestration, WMS, inventory sync) solve customer pain points and drive their core KPIs (GMV, margin, SLA).

  • You are self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in ambiguity. You have a strong sense of ownership and the resilience to build a new territory from a standing start.
  • A strong, practical understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, operations (inventory, listings, orders, fulfilment), and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, discovery, and negotiation skills. You are confident running value-led demos and engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • Proficient with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales enablement tools.
  • Based within a commutable distance to our Brighton office (4-5 days/week) and willing to travel for client meetings and events.

Benefits:

  • A competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure with accelerators for over-performance.
  • A clear path for career progression in a rapidly scaling company, plus a personal L&D budget.
  • Pension, private health insurance, and wellbeing support.
