Newham is looking to recruit a Healthcare Support Worker (HCA) Band 3 who will work at Upton Park, Newham. The role involves undertaking a range of delegated clinical tasks, such as:
- Patient observations (e.g., monitoring vital signs)
- Assisting with personal care and mobility
- Supporting patients\' nutritional and hydration needs
- Undertaking delegated duties (e.g., taking blood pressure, recording ECG, MRSA screening)
- Simple wound dressings
Strong teamworking and communication skills are essential to ensure the comfort, wellbeing, and safety of our patients. An excellent communicator with experience of working in a team is preferred.
