Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible, forward thinking band 6 nurse to join our team at St Bartholomew\'s Hospital providing pre-operative assessment service to patients undergoing breast surgery. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, whilst utilising your clinical expertise to provide holistic, integrated patient centred care. This is an exciting time at St Bartholomew\'s Hospital and an excellent opportunity to consolidate and expand your existing skills whilst helping shape our future services.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of surgical patients, assessing, planning and co-ordinating individualised care for patients undergoing planned surgery.
- Work with all members of the MDT to ensure that the care the patients receive is of a consistently high quality.
