Applications are invited to apply for Locum Consultant post to join the Women Health Division at Royal London Hospital. We are looking for dynamic individual with the drive and enthusiasm to achieve service development and transformation, as we strive to provide outstanding, cutting-edge care to women of East London and beyond.

Teaching, training & supervision
The post holder will be expected to contribute to undergraduate teaching, teaching of junior medical and midwifery staff. We expect the post holder to have experience in teaching and training within the

area of fetal monitoring and obstetric skills and drills. The post holder will be also expected to take an active role within the clinical and academic training and supervision of clinical fellows and core trainees within the department. The post holder will be expected to take part regularly in the multidisciplinary meetings held within the Women\’s Health Department.

Leadership
We are looking for dynamic individuals with the drive and enthusiasm to achieve service development

and transformation, as we strive to provide outstanding, cutting-edge care to all women. We have a commitment to providing personalised, safe, positive experiences for all women who use our services. The successful post holders will be expected to contribute to this both clinically and operationally.

On call
The post holder will contribute to the obstetrics on call rota.

Whilst doing obstetrics on call, the post holder will cover labour ward only.
