We are currently recruiting for an Energy Operations Advisor based in Bedford for one of our clients on a 6-month contract basis. Our client is a leading global energy management company.
Responsibilities of the Energy Operations Advisor:
- Ensure timely and accurate bills for our customers.
- Establish relationships with key suppliers.
- Respond to queries and raise service desk tickets where needed.
- Work with partners around settlement validations and exceptions of meter readings.
- Provide input into the development of communications for events in the customer journey.
- Refine requirements, manage backlog, and provide input on User Acceptance Testing and running platform.
- Assist finance in validating industry invoices.
Requirements for a successful Energy Operations Advisor:
- Experience working within an Energy Supply Company.
- Experience designing customer journeys for a multi-channel digital platform.
- Flexible with excellent multitasking skills.
