The Role: We are seeking an experienced Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join my client's thriving, growing London office. As an experienced Recruiter, you should bring a strong background in recruiting and developing clients within any IT Vertical, preferably across the DACH Regions. Expect regular trips across Europe to visit clients, targeting the DACH regions across various IT technologies. This role is for future leaders, with professional development opportunities to become a director.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of 360 Recruitment experience within any IT Sector
  • Proven track record of career success with previous placements
  • Self-management skills for hybrid working.
  • Proficiency in data research and market analysis
  • German speaking skills desirable
  • Previous management and leadership experience dealing with candidates and clients.
  • Consistent professional track record and strong billing history
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Developing and growing a specialist IT market
  • Capable of building great rapport both internally and externally
  • Positive attitude and a growth mindset
  • Naturally inquisitive with a passion to succeed and overcome obstacles.
  • Confident, self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Implement strategies to develop and expand our client’s brand and recruitment services within contract recruitment.
  • Ensure consistent targeting of new business.
  • Liaise and collaborate with other teams and divisions to identify wider business opportunities.
