We are currently recruiting for a specialist Engineering Recruitment Consultancy who are looking to add to their current team specialising in Automotive engineering or aerospace engineering.
Having grown from a modest 2 person start up to employing well over 30 people, our client has built a credible and trustworthy brand. They have genuine support for the growth of their consultants and encourage ideas, new ways of working and the latest technologies into their day to day practice.
Offering a great foundation for you to build upon, this desk has current clients and regular incoming vacancies from their other divisions.
The ideal candidate will want to develop the desk and have vision for it becoming its own department. The desk would suit someone with ambition who wants a career and not just a “job”.
Ideal candidate:
- You must have at least 18 months recruitment experience in a technical discipline
- A genuine interest in engineering as a sector
- Looking for a solid but fast-growing career on a long-term basis
