RequirementsDoes this sound like you? My clientis looking to make a key hire for an experienced Business Development Managerto specialise in the IT Sector market. You will be representing my clientthrough regular client visits and meetings by upholding their reputation anddeveloping new and existing relationships. You willbe working for a reputable IT Recruitment agency developing new business acrossall verticals of IT. The teamis structured to specialise in vertical markets that allow them to trulyunderstand and meet the needs of the requirement and department. Currently,they specialise in all verticals of IT. Skills& Experience: · Applicants must have private Sector (IT) Business Developmentbackground and should be able to demonstrate previous success in this sector.· High calibre individual who brings gravitasand the ability to diagnose/analyse complex commercial and technical situationswhilst establishing a trusted relationship at a senior level.· Currently or previously have worked within aRecruitment agency.· Able to demonstrate previous experience ofwinning, growing, and retaining public sector accounts.· Sound business acumen & commercial /financial awareness.· Proactive user and believer in CRM to assistin delivering results.· Experience of developing relationshipsinternally and externally.· Customer service led sales approach.· Prepared to help develop internal processes tomeet customer needs whilst assisting them in developing their IT strategy usingsound technical aptitude and solid solution selling skills.· Accurate timely reporting.· UK travel is a prerequisite of the role aswell as a willingness.· Head Office in London which offers hybridworking, commuting distance to the city of London is essential.· Full UK driving license.· Excellent time management and organisationalskills with experience of managing own time and prioritising own workload.· Enjoys working on own initiative whileenjoying the autonomy to work the way it best suits you. Duties:· As a Business Development Manager, you will beresponsible for developing new business across both a local and national basisfor various IT companies across the UK, US, EMEA and APAC regions.· You will develop business within the private sectorin the form of IT vacancies with different companies for the team to recruitfor. This role is to work with a specialist IT Recruitment Agency.· Objective will be to become a trustedtechnology partner and support each account by developing solutions which meettheir current and future needs.· You will also be responsible for developingnew business. You will proactively seek out new business opportunities bygenerating your own appointments and following up leads from our internalmarketing team, seminars, and events.
