Having grown throughout the last 5 years, including the pandemic, our client is excited to be hiring for a Head of Division for the Engineering side of their recruitment business.

The role:

The Engineering desk has a current set up of clients and vacancies, however there is ample opportunity for this to be developed quite quickly by the right person. Anyone coming from competitor could easily fulfil their 6 months contract restrictions by growing the existing client base and then go full steam ahead with their prior connections once they are clear of their previous employers covenants.

You will be given the opportunity to grow the Engineering desk into a multiple person division (this has been done by others in the company within their own sectors) and you will be the driving force behind every aspect of the expansion, which could include hiring teams in other locations in line with the company’s expansion plans.

The role holds the title of Divisional Head from day 1 and as such interested candidates should be looking for a career not just “a job”.

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience of mentoring or managing other recruitment consultants or resourcing support staff
  • Strong knowledge of Engineering recruitment, in any discipline
  • Full driving licence
  • Ambition to carve out your own team and division
