The Role:
This role would be suitable for an individual that wants to move away from the sales aspect of recruitment.
- Search and selection of candidates within various technology verticals
- Establish productive, professional relationships with the assigned customer account
- Mainly permanent roles, with occasional long term contracts
- Working on an exclusive basis, high end delivery is an absolute must!
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be an individual who is commercially focused, with a proven track record in recruitment within any tech vertical.
The preferred candidate will pride themselves on providing excellent customer service and be fully competent at negotiating offers and communicating with a high level of professionalism with the end client.
You should be educated to a degree level, or have the ability to perform at this level of experience.
