The successful recruitment consultant would get a chance to be guided by someone who knows how to grow a business into multi million pound turnover and he is also offering shares in the business.
No, there is an existing team of 15 in place and leads are generated from the 3 sister companies so there is a client base and candidate database in play.
Yes of course, but you will not be cold calling or have call targets. The business has a group marketing team that are responsible for generating leads and promoting the business. Growing a network and building relationships is the key.
Based in Paddington, this client is within walking distance from the train station, and the street they are located on is busy with bars, restaurants, and shops.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 6 months of experience as a recruitment consultant in any sector (training will be provided).
- It would be advantageous to have a knowledge of technology recruitment.
- Ideally, you will be educated to degree level.
