I’m recruiting for a growing specialist agency that offers experienced recruiters the chance to move into a new market and develop the skills to succeed in it.
The training is a major reason to consider this move.
It goes beyond scripts and activity targets. You’ll learn the psychology behind recruitment, how to adapt your pitch to your market, and how and when to build a niche network. There’s ongoing coaching to help you put that learning into practice.
You’ll also be working in carefully chosen specialist markets with room to build relationships and establish yourself.

The role
You’ll manage the full recruitment process: developing client relationships, winning business, building candidate networks and seeing placements through. You’ll build your knowledge of a specialist market, with training and support as you make the transition.
Who it suits
You’ll have around 1–5 years’ recruitment experience and want to keep developing. Your current sector can be different — the ability to build relationships, develop business and take coaching matters more than bringing an existing niche network.
You’ll be comfortable with the commercial side of recruitment and keen to take ownership of your desk.
