They're looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to support the Directors and growing recruitment team by identifying and engaging outstanding candidates for live vacancies.
This role would suit someone who enjoys candidate management, sourcing and relationship building without the pressure of business development.
The Role Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll be responsible for finding and qualifying high-quality candidates across Saa S and Go-to-Market recruitment.
Responsibilities include: Sourcing candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other platforms Headhunting passive talent Interviewing and qualifying candidates Managing recruitment processes Building talent pipelines Producing candidate shortlists Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process Supporting consultants on retained and contingent assignments Keeping candidate records updated Markets You'll Recruit You'll recruit across: Saa S Sales Business Development Account Management Customer Success Product Go-to-Market roles Typical salary levels range from Β£50,000 to Β£120,000.
What They're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous recruitment experience within Saa S or technology recruitment (this is essential).
A strong understanding of Saa S, technology and Go-to-Market roles, including Sales, Customer Success and Product.
Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
Strong interviewing and candidate management skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A proactive approach and genuine passion for building talent pipelines.
This role is not suitable for someone looking to move into Saa S or technology recruitment from another sector.
You'll already understand the market, the terminology and the types of candidates and clients you'll be working with.
