Are you a people‐person with a passion for connecting talent to opportunity? Our client is expanding and looking for an ambitious Resourcer to join a successful team in Southampton. You'll help source and engage top tech candidates for exciting roles with some of the UK's leading digital and tech businesses.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively source and screen candidates across tech sectors
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Support Consultants with shortlisting and role delivery
- Advertise roles creatively across multiple platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM
- Work collaboratively with a high‐performing, supportive team
What we're looking for:
- Own transport is required (office not on a public transport route)
- Previous recruitment experience
- Proactive resourcer – using LinkedIn to search and networking with candidates
- Local to the office no further than 15-mile radius
