Focusing on UK, European and Asian markets, our client is a boutique consultancy with a strong reputation in the advanced technologies across Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial and Life Sciences. Formed in 2018, they are a close team of 20 people including a search function.
Having built an established name, they partner with some of the most progressive companies across the globe. There is a robust growth plan to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop relationships at C-Level focusing on retained and exclusive roles.

They have the pace of contingency agencies without the mass competition. Our client often wins assignments on the back of the poor service/delivery from its closest counterparts. Remuneration
- A healthy basic salary up to £55k per annum
- Commission is paid at 25% over a small threshold, and annually equates to you earning 40% of generated revenue per annum.
- Average yearly fee income is £225k per annum, however some are topping £350k.

- Hybrid working is offered to all, and when in the office, flexible hours are often utilised by consultants with families or other outside of work commitments.

Someone who has worked C-Level roles on an international basis is highly desirable.
