Executive Search Recruiter – SaaS and Software Sales
(Delivery and warm client development)
Location: Home-based, five days a week, with one fully expensed day in London each month
Salary: Up to £70,000 basic, with OTE comfortably reaching £115,000
Travel: 2–3 international client visits per year (Middle East and USA)

You’ll be joining a business with a warm client base and a reputation for delivery. About the Company:
Our client is a niche executive search firm specialising in international placements within the Health and Education software sectors. Their reputation is built on trust, insight, and results — not volume or sales scripts.
You’ll work closely with one of the co-founders to help grow the brand across the US, APAC, and MENA regions. Clients and candidates value discretion and credibility, so relationship-building happens through service and internal referrals, not cold outreach.
All work is retained or exclusive, and you’ll be supported by a part-time researcher.
What\’s on offer:
• A warm client base with 9 active projects
• Scope to develop further through warm referrals and introductions
• Average fee per placement: £28,000–£32,000
• Candidates based globally
• Hours: 8.30am–6pm, with flexibility and full diary ownership
Must have\’s:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years’ recruitment experience, including retained assignments
• International travel readiness
• Comfortable working remotely without micro-management
• Strong research and market interpretation skills
• Background in SaaS, commercial tech sales, or similar
• Proven ability to manage exclusive, detailed roles at pace
