Executive Search Consultant

Location : Remote

Salary: £55 – £65,000 per annum

OTE : £115,000 per annum

Sector experience: Sales and commercial roles -not technical roles (eg, CCO, VP of Sales, Country Managers, COO or similar)

We are currently seeking a Search Delivery consultant who can be based anywhere within the UK.

This role is purely candidate focussed and you must have experience of fulfilling retained assignments at c-suite level. You will be expert at interviewing and selection and have a natural ability to support your candidates throughout their journey, by forming close working relationships.

Your position will be closely aligned with the in house research team who will assist with candidate attraction and market mapping.

Desirable candidates will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and pride themselves on the highest attention to detail in every aspect of their role.

The successful candidate will join a team of 12 experienced search professionals who perform at an incredibly high pace, whilst not taking themselves too seriously.

Monthly team socials are held in London and are a great chance for the team to collaborate in an informal setting.

Please note: We are specifically seeking candidates from an executive search or agency background. Internal recruiters or those from traditional talent acquisition roles will not be suitable for this position.

While this role is delivery-focused, the successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to revenue generation by expanding existing warm accounts and continuing long lasting relations with clients.
