Senior Recruitment Partner – Executive Search

Focusing on UK, European and Asian markets, our client is a boutique consultancy with a strong reputation in the advanced technologies across Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial and Life Sciences. Formed in 2018, they are a close team of 20 people including a search function.
Having built an established name, they partner with some of the most progressive companies across the globe. There is a robust growth plan to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop relationships at C-Level focussing on retained and exclusive roles.

Typically search firms have gained a reputation for being “stuffy” or “sluggish”, however you will join a fresh, vibrant, and forward-thinking culture. They have the pace of contingency agencies without the mass competition. Whilst on the subject of competitors, our client often wins assignments on the back of the poor service/delivery from its closest counterparts.
They are setting a different standard and reaping the rewards.
Remuneration
A healthy basic salary up to ÂŁ55k per annum
Commission is paid at 25% over a small threshold, and annually equates to you earning 40% of generated revenue per annum.
Average yearly fee income is ÂŁ225k per, however some are topping ÂŁ350k.
Working environment
Hybrid working is offered to all, and when in the office, flexible hours are often utilised by consultants with families or other outside of work commitments.
Transparency and trust are at the core of their values so they adopt a non KPI recruitment process which is purely focused on service, repeat business and results.
You will have the full support of a research team who will conduct marketing mapping, candidate approaches and industry analysis.
Someone who has worked C-Level roles on an international basis is highly desirable
