An exclusive opportunity has come up with a specialist IT Agency in central Cardiff with exciting growth plans my client is looking for a seasoned IT Recruiter to step up into a pivotal position as head of the IT division to join their specialist agency.

We are looking for:

  • Experienced IT Recruiter/Manager
  • Specialists in Software, Product Development, Data, Analytics, Quality Assurance, or other IT verticals.
  • Professionals with a strong business development mindset and a minimum of 4 years of IT experience.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Utilise negotiation and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and growth mindset.
  • Implement strategies to expand client services in temporary/contract recruitment.
  • Target new business opportunities to drive strategic growth and profit maximisation.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify broader business opportunities.
  • Engage in business development activities, focusing on revenue generation and client acquisition.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

· You will currently be working as a Senior/Principal/Team Leader or Recruitment Manager within IT.

· You can be an expert within any IT vertical.

· Demonstrable expertise in recruitment within the technology sector

· Consistent professional track record and strong billing history with an existing network
