Barton Peveril is a thriving and innovative sixth form college with excellent student outcomes and a modern campus, judged Outstanding by Ofsted (November 2022). We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Library Assistant to join our Library Team. The Glyn Library is the key study space at the College, supporting students with independent learning by providing both physical and digital resources.

You will be expected to work to a very high standard, have excellent communication skills, and provide operational support to the Library Manager while working as a team on projects to improve the library service and students' preparation for university. You will support and work with students in the use of physical and digital learning resources and deliver training sessions in research skills, referencing, and other study elements. You will have good attention to detail, confidence in using IT, and a mature and responsible attitude to work, as well as a keen interest in learning.
