Barton Peveril is a vibrant and innovative sixth form College with excellent outcomes for students. We are looking for a dynamic, inspirational, highly motivated Teacher of Criminology to join us in August 2026. You must be committed to active and innovative teaching and learning, both inside and outside the classroom.
You will have the desire to be part of a successful teaching team and a willingness to contribute to new initiatives within the department. The department is committed to building upon student starting points and maximising their outcomes. Your teaching will be of the highest quality and the results will reflect the high calibre of your teaching.
You will be based in the Department of Psychology, Criminology & Geography; Criminology follows the level 3 diploma awarded by WJEC. You will join a team of 23 full time and part time staff. The team's focus is very much on collaborative working and supporting one another to achieve the best results. The ability and willingness to offer some A level Psychology teaching would also be considered.
