Key Responsibilities:
- Your main responsibility will be working outdoors in all weather conditions to control pedestrian and vehicular access and maintain the security of the College site.
- Act as a calm, approachable point of contact for students, staff, and visitors.
- Regularly patrol the campus, not just to monitor surveillance, but to build positive rapport with the student body.
- Use professional communication and de-escalation techniques to handle incidents involving young adults in accordance with College processes.
