Barton Peveril is a thriving Sixth Form College with excellent outcomes for students and outstanding facilities. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join the Health & Wellbeing team as Manager.
The support hub is for students experiencing mental health difficulties who may need strategies to cope with the day-to-day pressures of college and build resilience. As Manager of the Health & Wellbeing Team, you will help to support students experiencing anxiety and related mental health problems and work to empower them to achieve their academic potential and progress beyond Barton Peveril and university.
You will also provide training and advice to support the college with whole-organisation approaches to mental health and wellbeing.
This role could be worked as one full time post or two part time posts covering the whole week. The role is term time only.
