The EHCP/High Needs Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) or High Needs receive appropriate support to thrive in their academic journey at Barton Peveril Sixth Form College. The role involves coordinating and managing the provision for young people with EHCPs and High Needs, working closely with the Director of Student Support, the EHCP/High Needs Assistant, and the Academic Skills Coaches (ASCs) to implement appropriate provisions and effective support strategies.
