We are looking for an experienced care lead who will be responsible for overseeing the care of residents in a 51 bed residential and dementia care home. The care lead will interact with residents, staff, families and outside professionals, helping to ensure that residents continue to receive a high standard of care and that care planning is personalised. The care lead will report to the care home manager.
The role also includes actively working as part of the care/senior team, working alternative weekends to help provide support 7 days a week for staff and residents. The role also includes audits of care and helping the home increase its community presence.
