Barton Court Academy Trust (BCAT) is a multi-academy Trust which was established in 2017. It currently consists of three secondary schools: Barton Court Grammar School, The Charles Dickens School, and Barton Manor Free School.
Barton Court Grammar School (BCGS) is a state, selective, co-educational school with a strong reputation for its high academic standards and its caring and supportive ethos. The School is an accredited ‘Advanced Thinking School’ and has recently been re-accredited by The University of Exeter.
Students perform very highly in both Year 11 at GCSE and in Year 13 at Advanced Level or BTEC. The School is committed to excellence in professional development and an extensive well-being programme is in place.
The Post
Required for 23 February 2026, the Trustees are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and efficient Reprographic Officer to support the School in the delivery of high quality teaching and learning through administrative support. The post is permanent.
The successful candidate should be able to show good communication skills and initiative to support staff deliver teaching and learning. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate to work with colleagues to support the staff and students at BCGS.
37 hours per week; 8am-4pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am-3.30pm Fridays with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
