We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Administrator / Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support the Arborist Sales Representative and the crew based at our office near Cirencester. We are looking for an individual who understands the importance and value of a client and recognises the significance of team support.

Key Duties
- Providing support to the Arborist Sales Representative with respect to email management, diary management and correspondence
- Making outgoing calls to new and existing customers
- Liaising with customers at all levels
- Dealing with various financial procedures – taking credit card payments, credit notes, reconciliation, entering data and aged debtors
- Updating social media
- Office management duties
The job role is very varied and would suit someone who is a team player, proactive and forward thinking. Applicants will need to be extremely organised, able to work independently, and have the ability to multi‑task. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Applicants must have proven knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to work with our company’s in‑house computer systems (full training given).
Hours: Office based – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
Job Type: Regular Full‑Time.
