Key Duties

  • Making outgoing calls to new and existing customers
  • Liaising with customers at all levels
  • Dealing with various financial procedures – taking credit card payments, credit notes, reconciliation, entering data and aged debtors
  • Updating social media
  • Office management duties
  • The job role is very varied and would suit someone who is a team player, proactive and forward thinking. Applicants will need to be extremely organised, able to work independently, and have the ability to multi task. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Applicants must have proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to work with our company\’s in house computer systems (full training given).
